Clinical practice has taught me that in today’s busy life, stress, anxiety and overwhelm are common place. Every day that you DO NOT find a way to find space to focus on your own psychical and mental health is a day you will not be rewarded for in the future. Health is the only wealth. And we tend to not worry about it, shrugging it off, but, believe me, I have seen so many lose control of their health and it has negatively affected every aspect of their life, it is time we can never get back.
